Using PictureThis

To use PictureThis you will need a PC or Macintosh with the following specification:

Broadband Internet Access

Your screen resolution set to 1024 * 768 pixels, with 16 bit colour (minimum) and 32 bit colour (recommended)

Sound card and speakers (recommended)

A colour printer (recommended)

Macromedia Shockwave 8.5 plugin. You will be prompted to download this if you don't already have it installed when you launch the application. Ensure that you follow the installation instructions all the way through. You may also be prompted to install three additional files before you can run the application.

Picturethis uses pop-up windows, only to provide useful help information about the application. If you have a pop-up blocker enabled, we recommend that you disable this function before accessing Picturethis. If you choose not to do this and then use the Help system, you will be prompted to reload the application and you will lose any information you have already entered.
